- Perfect Pumpkin Pie

- 1 deep dish pie crust shell
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk

- Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375F. Combine filling ingredients in
- order given. Crump edge of pie shell to stand 1/2 inch above rim.
- Place shell on preheated baking sheet. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake
- at center of oven for 70 minutes or until knofe inserted in center comes
- out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream.
